Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
· Work with HR on hiring for all positions for the tube park.
· Work with the Operations department daily to assess lane safety and grooming needs etc. Work with Guest Services to assess pre-bookings in Zaui sales system and determine staffing needs.
· Work with Guest Services throughout the day to help answer questions from guests and help explain tubing procedure etc.
· Work with Guest Services on sold out sessions and advise when extra tickets can be sold and aid in crowd control.
· Provide training for all staff on guest service etiquette, safety, and how to respond in emergency situations. Ensure all staff have fully completed their training manuals.
· Conduct daily staff meetings and take minutes for each meeting.
· This should include reviewing safety procedures, assigning positions and duties etc.
· Ensure carpet log book is filled out daily Oversee snow removal on decks, roofs, and
· walkway for safety of tube park guests.
· Ensure proper set up at the beginning of every shift and tear down at the end of the day including covering the carpet Oversee P3 parking on weekends and busy days. Ensure P3 garbage’s are emptied daily and walkways between P3 and the tube park are maintained. Ensure all signage for the tube park is in place daily.
· Test lanes daily Ensure staff follow Norquay uniform policy at all times, including assigning jackets at the beginning of the season and returning them at the end of the season.
· Ensure adequate tube inventory before the season and that all tubes are in usable condition daily.
· Maintain burlap Maintain organisation and cleanliness of shipping containers
· and the staff space.
· Perform all hiring duties including training, assigning jackets, and completing paperwork Perform periodic reviews with staff and conduct any disciplinary action
· as needed.
· Create staff schedules and review timesheets bi-weekly to submit to payroll. Maintain all paperwork related to the Tube Park, including logs, employee docs, incident/
· WCB forms, accident investigations etc.
