Responsibilities – Tasks

• Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas

• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs

• Operate dishwashers for glassware and flatware

• Sanitize and wash items by hand

• Clean kitchen surfaces, cupboards, appliances, and equipment

• Remove garbage and kitchen waste

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

• Place clean dishes in storage

Transportation

• Public transportation available

• Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
