Job Overview

Merlie David is seeking a Home Support Worker in Coquitlam, BC. This role involves providing personal care, companionship, and household support to an elderly client. Candidates should be dependable, flexible, and committed to supporting the health and well-being of the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Assist with feeding and regular exercise, such as walking.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Shop for food and household supplies.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Education & Experience

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 7 months of related experience.

Work Setting

• Work in employer’s/client’s home.

Target Audience

• Elderly

• Security: Reference required.
