Calgary, Alberta (T2N 2A8) Permanent, Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week) – 1 year contract
$20.00–$25.00 per hour
About Us
Hello! We are a loving family located in Calgary’s beautiful northwest community. We have two little ones — a joyful and curious 2-year-old toddler and a sweet 9-month-old baby who is discovering the world around her.
Our home is filled with laughter, music, cuddles, and daily adventures. We value kindness, respect, patience, and play. We believe children thrive in a nurturing environment where they are encouraged to explore, grow, and feel safe being themselves.

Responsibilities
Provide nurturing care for our toddler and baby
Change diapers and support toilet learning
Prepare and sterilize bottles; assist with feeding routines
Plan interactive and developmentally appropriate activities
Play-based learning: books, music, games, crafts, outdoor play
Prepare healthy snacks/meals for children
Support nap and bedtime routines
Create a safe, tidy, and uplifting play environment
Light household tasks related to the children (laundry, tidying, dishes)
Maintain open communication and daily notes for parents
Occasionally assist with outings or appointments
Qualifications:
Enligh speaking and writing are required
1 year experience caring for infants and toddlers
Secondary school completion, post secondary qualification and diploma in childhood education and psychology are both an asset
CPR + Childcare First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Criminal record check required
Experience caring for multiple children is an asset

Employer’s private home (on-site work only)

Physical capability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Repetitive tasks and active play required
Compensation & Benefits
💰 $20.00/hour for one child
💰 $25.00/hour when caring for both children
Guaranteed 30 hours/week (up to 40 hrs)
Night shift premium ($150) when applicable
