Food and Beverage Service Manager Full Time

MONSTER KAKIGORI is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team.

Salary: CAD $36.00 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Setting: Cafeteria, work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities & Tasks
– Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
– Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
– Evaluate daily operations
– Monitor staff performance
– Plan and organize daily operations
– Recruit staff
– Set staff work schedules
– Supervise staff
– Train staff
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns
– Provide customer service
– Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Supervision: 5-10 people
