Aimara Traiteur, part of the Barranco Partners group, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support the growth of its operations, structure marketing initiatives, and contribute to business development related to events and partnerships, particularly for its catering services.
This position is suited for an autonomous, versatile, and strategic individual who is comfortable in a growing environment and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the group’s growth objectives
Position service offerings (restaurants, catering, events) within the Montreal and Quebec markets
Analyze marketing performance and recommend strategic adjustments
Operational Marketing & Communications
Plan and coordinate communication and go-to-market initiatives
Contribute to the creation of promotional content and sales tools
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop business opportunities (corporate clients, partnerships, special events)
Prepare commercial proposals and follow up with prospects
Contribute to client retention and business growth
On-Site & Event Coordination
Be present occasionally at catering events to observe client behavior, analyze market trends, and better understand the target audience
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Manage priorities, timelines, and project follow-ups in a multitasking environment
Job Requirements
Education in marketing, communications, management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or project management
Experience in a growing or fast-paced environment requiring versatility, autonomy, and strong priority management
Previous experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or event industry is a strong asset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with digital tools and marketing platforms
Languages
French: primary working language (required)
English: professional working proficiency required
Spanish: strong asset, given the nature of the company’s activities and internal and external communications related to the Latin American market
