Direct and oversee the daily operations of the cellphone retail and repair store to ensure efficient workflow, quality customer service, and smooth business operations.
Supervise, schedule, and provide guidance to retail sales staff and repair technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and customer service standards are maintained.
Assist with recruiting, training, and evaluating employees while providing ongoing coaching to improve product knowledge, repair service coordination, and customer service skills.
Monitor inventory levels of mobile devices, accessories, replacement parts, and repair supplies, placing orders and coordinating with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, warranty issues, and service concerns in a professional and timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, refunds, deposits, and basic financial recordkeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Monitor store sales performance, prepare regular sales and inventory reports for the business owner, and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and revenue.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and procedures for the secure handling of customer devices and personal information.
Coordinate store merchandising, product displays, promotional activities, and new product launches to attract customers and support sales objectives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure retail environment while implementing loss prevention practices to protect inventory and company assets.
Stay informed about new mobile devices, wireless products, repair techniques, and industry developments to provide accurate guidance to staff and customers.
Work closely with the business owner to identify opportunities to improve daily operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the continued growth of the business.
