Tasks
– Respect the purchasing budget, taking care not to exceed expenditure forecasts
– Analyze costs and propose purchasing optimization solutions (reduce costs, improve purchasing quality, etc.).
– Draft and follow up purchase orders, contracts and other administrative documents related to purchasing
– Process invoices in coordination with the accounting department to ensure proper payment management
– Place orders and monitor their execution (receipt, compliance, deadlines, etc.).
