Job Summary
Crown Construction YYC Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our growing team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our office and will involve managing administrative procedures, coordinating internal services, and assisting in budget and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines and procedures are followed
Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar administrative role
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of electronic mail systems
Personal Suitability
Highly organized
Reliable
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Additional Information
This is an on-site position at our Calgary location
There is no remote work option available
