Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, testing, and implementation of high-availability cloud Infrastructure on Azure and AWS platforms.
Design, develop, and implement Azure cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Conduct architectural discussions, providing best practice guidance on Cloud Infrastructure.
Identify specific aspects of clients’ IT infrastructure that require evaluation and improvement, highlighting gaps or discrepancies between documented practices and actual implementations.
Document comprehensive policies and procedures covering the Infrastructure and Application life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Conduct gap analysis to compare the current and desired future states of the IT environment against industry best practices.
Perform physical inspections of data center hardware and tests on backup restoration and disaster recovery processes.
Review and update IT policies related to preventive maintenance regularly.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.
Create and maintain technical solution documentation, including Systems Integration Plans, interfaces, architecture, and use cases.

Skills and Qualifications:

7+ years in an architect capacity with experience in designing, roadmap, and proof-of-concepts.
6+ years of experience in Microsoft Server Technologies (MS Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, Email Security practices, Active Directory, SQL, Windows PowerShell, and advanced scripting).
Virtualization experience with Hyper-V and VMWare
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
Proven ability to lead multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
