Edy Hair Planet is looking for an experienced Barber Shop Manager to join the team of its committed and dedicated barbers to continue to provide top-notch service to its numerous customers.
Applicants must possess experience to:
l Plan, organize, direct, and supervise the employees and the operation of Edy Hair Planet services.
l Ensure the establishment’s policies and procedures for staff are up to date and adhered to by all employees and contractors.
l Ensure adequate equipment and other resources for the operations.
l Manage and address customer inquiries or complaints and resolve problems timely manner.
l Ensure the website is functioning adequately at all times.
l Develop marketing strategies for the barber shop.
l Be part of the team to hire, train, and manage the performance of the team members.
l Other tasks as may relate to haircuts and styles.
Qualifications and Requirements:
l Customer service proficiency
l knowledge and skills in different haircut styles for different ages and colors are assets.
l Completion of secondary school.
l College diploma or vocational training certificate is hair stylist or a related field.
l 1 to 3 years of experience in Hair stylist
Physical demands of the job:
l Long standing.
l Routine work
l hand dexterity.

l 10 days paid vacation and time off annually after 1 year of continuous work.

l Salary based on experience: $40/ hr. 30 – 44 hours a week.
