Housekeeper – NOC 65310 Full Time

Grand Forks Inn, located in Grand Forks, British Colombia, requires an experienced full-time Housekeeper. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Experience and Skills Required: 1 to less than 7 months experience in the field

Work Conditions : Candidates must be able to work independently, engage in physically demanding repetitive tasks including bending, crouching and kneeling.

Personal Suitability : It is essential for candidates to be initiative, organized, reliable and the team player.

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate completion is required

Language : English

Job Duties: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors; Dust furniture; Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture; Make beds and change sheets; Distribute clean towels and toiletries; Stock linen closet; Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances; Pick up debris and empty trash containers; Launder clothing and household linens; Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; Address customers’ complaints or concerns;

Wages: Starting at $22.00 per hour; working 40 hours per week (mornings, day, evening, night, weekend)
