Job Overview

General Building Materials Ltd is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory operations, logistics coordination, and workflow organization. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize operational logistics and workflows.
• Organize and assign daily tasks to staff.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Organize and maintain inventory systems.
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Arrange maintenance and repair work as required.
• Prepare and submit performance and operational reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervise staff.

Education & Experience

• College/CEGEP education required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience.

Work Environment

• On-site at company facilities in Mississauga, ON.
• Full-time permanent employment.
