Responsibilities
Tasks
· Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef

· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

· Clean kitchen and work areas

· Report any malfunctions to supervisor

· Report information to supervisor

· Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment

· Store beverage and food products
