NIAFAZE SOLUTIONS INC. DBA The Beard Struggle located at 8385 St. George St Unit 5, Vancouver, BC V5X 4P3 is looking for 1 full-time, permanent Operations Supervisor to join our team
Job Duties:
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Resolve work related problems.
• Requisition or order materials and supplies.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Ensure smooth adaption of machinery and equipment.
• Provide Technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Manage maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of experience is required.
Terms of Employment: –
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Language: English
Wage: – $36.75 per hour- 35 hours per week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
Work Conditions: Work under pressure, Fast paced environment.
Personal Suitability: Leadership, Excellent Communication, Organized.
