Operations Supervisor Full Time

NIAFAZE SOLUTIONS INC. DBA The Beard Struggle located at 8385 St. George St Unit 5, Vancouver, BC V5X 4P3 is looking for 1 full-time, permanent Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Job Duties:

·         Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

·         Resolve work related problems.

·         Requisition or order materials and supplies.

·         Prepare and submit reports.

·         Establish work schedules and procedures.

·         Ensure smooth adaption of machinery and equipment.

·         Provide Technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

·         Manage maintenance and repair work.

·         Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.

·         Collaborate with other supervisors and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Completion of college courses related to area supervised will be an asset.

·         1-2 years of experience is required.

Terms of Employment: –

Job Type: Full-time

Language: English
Wage: – $36.75 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
