Forever Building Maintenance Ltd in Surrey, BC, is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to manage administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth daily functioning. The role involves handling budgets, supervising staff, and maintaining efficiency across all administrative procedures.
College diploma or CEGEP certificate (1–2 years) or equivalent experience
1 year to less than 2 years of experience
English
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Delegate work to office support staff
Establish priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines
Carry out administrative activities for the establishment
Administer records release and privacy compliance under government legislation
Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory & budgetary controls
Perform data entry and maintain organized records
Train and supervise 1–2 staff members
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Commission systems and monitor performance
Plan and control budgets and expenditures
