Full-time, long-term, employment for heart-centered, healthy, honest, loyal, kind, clean, tidy, animal and nature-loving, experienced with horses, cows, and ranching/farming.
Riding is not necessary but welcome.
Must be non-smoking, no vax, clean living, healthy, strong (not over 50) person or couple (no children). Responsible for looking after, 17 horses, and 2 pet cows, on 320-acre sacred land between Kamloops and Merritt.
Duties include horse care, cleaning, ranch work in winter and in the retreat season (May to October), simple cooking, cleaning, and retreat help as well.
Small, private, fully furnished 1 bedroom (2 floor), den, view cottage, phone, long distance, internet included.
Must have a 4-wheel drive or front-wheel drive vehicle for winter.
Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome but no more horses.
Gross salary 60,000/year.
