You will be responsible for:
-Prepare and cook complete Japanese & Korean style food from the menu
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions
-Inspect food and supplies for freshness
-Clean kitchen area
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of cook experience
– Completion of high school
– English
