Terms of Employment

Type: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $19.50 per hour (or higher, depending on experience)
Hours: 35–40 hours per week. Must be available for all kind of shifts (Days, nights and weekends)
Overtime: $28.13 per hour after 44 hours per week (as per Ontario Employment Standards)
Benefits: Private health insurance provided until OHIP eligibility; round-trip transportation costs covered for TFWs.

Job Duties (NOC 62020 Requirements)

Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for pizza preparation and service.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain high-speed service standards.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures (including Pizza Pizza brand standards).
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
Employment Requirements

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in food preparation or service is required.
Language: Oral and written English is required.
Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, any shift, and stand for extended periods.
