Experience Required: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
License: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
Job Duties:
· Load the delivery vehicle with goods.
· Follow an established daily route to deliver products to clients.
· Manage inventory at each stop, including counting products and rotating stock to ensure freshness (removing expired items).
· Write and submit orders for the next delivery.
· Collect payments and/or process invoices at the time of delivery.
· Provide customer service by communicating with store/kitchen managers and resolving any delivery or product issues.
· Return any unsold/expired products (stales) and empty delivery trays/racks to the distribution center.
· Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle.
