Job Overview

Doughboy On Davie Bakery Inc is seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily baking operations in Vancouver, BC. The role involves preparing doughs and batters, supervising bakery staff, ensuring product quality, and maintaining inventory. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs for bread, rolls, pies, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Bake mixed doughs and batters as per recipes or customer orders.
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Train, schedule, and support staff in daily operations.
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• Operate bakery machinery and equipment.
• Organize and maintain stock and inventory.

Education & Experience

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience.
• Asset language: Serbian.

Work Environment

• On-site role in Vancouver, BC.
• Full-time permanent position with opportunity for growth.
