Salary: $19.50 to $21.50 hourly, to be negotiated
Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full-time
Work schedule: Morning, day and weekend
Starting date: As soon as possible

Overview

Language: English
Education: Secondary high school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
On-Site Work: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Hire food service staff.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality-control standards.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
