Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics, and experience working with low voltage systems. Duties
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and safety standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems
Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment efficiently and safely during installation and repair tasks
Perform maintenance on industrial electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and control panels
Conduct inspections to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites or industrial facilities to complete projects efficiently
Experience
Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial or construction environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
Familiarity with low voltage systems and industrial electrical components
Prior experience working with construction teams or on large-scale projects is a plus
Ability to interpret technical documents related to electrical systems is essential
