We are seeking an experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities – Professionally install automotive window tint films on cars, trucks, and SUVs Prepare vehicles by cleaning glass surfaces and protecting vehicle interiors Measure, cut, heat-shrink, and apply window film accurately Inspect completed work and correct imperfections such as bubbles, creases, or contamination Follow manufacturer specifications and company quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate professionally with management and team members
Requirements – Minimum 3 years of professional automotive window tint installation experience. Proven ability to independently tint a variety of vehicles. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work efficiently in a shop environment. Physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive hand movements. Valid driver’s license
Reporting Structure – Reports directly to the Shop Manager or Business Owner
