Delivery Drivers Supervisor (NOC 72024)
Charis Courier Inc. – Calgary is looking for an experienced Supervisor, Delivery Drivers who is interested in working in a busy logistics firm. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, willing and capable of working to the highest quality, with a strong emphasis on fleet management
The successful candidate’s job responsibilities will include:
· Supervising and coordinating the schedule of the pool drivers.
· Dispatch bus drivers and monitoring routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems.
· Posting and amending the shift schedule in accordance with the company’s routine duties.
· Resolve scheduling problems, managing driver absences, and recommending ways to improve performance.
· Take part in the driver’s interview and onboarding of the new hires.
· Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
· Provide a weekly report to the operations manager regarding employee issues.
· Prepare work reports and budgets, and monitoring expenditures.
· Respond to other related duties as the company may require.

Qualifications:
· 2 years+ related experience
· Fleet management experience is a plus
· Available to work on short notice, weekends and holidays, and occasional graveyard shifts
