Delivery Drivers Supervisor (NOC 72024)

Primetime Logistics Inc. is looking for enthusiastic Delivery Drivers Supervisor  to join its day-to-day operations. We strive to get every order to the customer’s door on time. You will work flexible hours. Your hours of work will ultimately be those hours required to carry out your duties and responsibilities.

The successful candidate’s job responsibilities will include:

· Supervising and coordinating the schedule of the pool drivers.
· Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems.
· Posting and amending the shift schedule in accordance with the company’s routine duties.
· Resolve scheduling problems, manage driver absences, and recommend ways to improve performance.
· Take part in the driver’s interview and onboarding of the new hires.
· Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
· Provide a weekly report to the operation manager regarding employee issues.
· Prepare work reports and budgets, and monitor expenditures.
· Respond to other related duties as the company may require.

Qualifications:
· 2 years+ related experience
· Fleet management experience is a plus
· Available to work on short notice, weekends and holidays, and occasional graveyard shifts
