Job Description
Denny’s Restaurants in Grande Prairie is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality food and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staff
Supervise and check assembly of food orders
Establish staff work schedules
Work Conditions
Fast-paced and noisy restaurant environment
On-site position (no remote work available)
Shift work including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime
Requirements
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to supervise teams of 5–15 staff
