Job Description:
We seek a compassionate and dedicated Family Physician to join our dynamic team at Prime Health Care Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary and preventative care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and preventative care screenings
Order, interpret, and follow-up on diagnostic tests
Provide referrals to specialists when necessary
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using EMR system
Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution
Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
Current registration with The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a family medicine setting is an asset
Benefits:
Fee For Service ( $ 300,000 to 500,000 anually)
40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
